Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I ordered online, which is easy and great. I still find it absolutely annoying that they automatically add a tip to your bill, thus 4 stars for acting as though I am obligated to tip. I was in the pizza industry for 24 years, and hardly ever were CSRs (insiders) tipped. I tip because I want to, it should not be set as a default when trying to pay. As for the pizza, it was fine and made as requested. Still not too enthused about the 5-Cheese Bread, I've tried it a few times and no matter how I attempt to cook it, the edges/crust rise way too much and the cheese gets center-loaded. I have also tried it enough times to come to the conclusion (in my opinion) that it really does not taste that good. I've never had a bad pizza from PM and in fact, Papa Murphy's has some of the best crust I think. I will continue to purchase their pizza products.

Just feedback. I tried to pay my bill with a $50 bill and was informed to use nothing higher than a $20. With inflation, a fifty is the new twenty. The counterfeit argument is not valid. Any size bill can be duplicated. Had to use credit card which costs your store 3% anyway and is a pain sometimes.

First time at this location. 2 mini pizzas were good. However our medium order for beef and onion turned out to be sausage and no onion. What’s up????

Order was ready on time and perfect, it made a busy Chiefs Sunday a lot easier. The owner met me at the door with my order!

Would be great if they were open when they said they would be open instead of letting their staff close early. It’s cold pizza for Fsake
